Payment Authorization 

By continuing, I authorize LifeTrends to charge my credit card/bank account automatically for the selected amount on the recurring basis selected for the subscription service. This authorization remains in effect until I cancel from within the platform. I understand I can cancel at any time. 

Terms & Conditions  

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) establish an agreement between you and CINBA Group, LLC dba LifeTrends (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and govern your use of LifeTrendsIntel and any related sites, products, data, and services (“Website”). 

By using our Website, you agree to these Terms and the Services Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website immediately. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the rest remains in effect. 

Who Can Use This Website 

  • Licensed life insurance agents, registered representatives, or other professional financial advisors working with the public who have purchased a subscription: 
  • Except for material explicitly labeled “For Agent/Financial Professional or Internal Use Only,” you may share LifeTrendsIntel content with prospects, clients, and individuals outside the life insurance industry. You may not share any LifeTrendsIntel content with people within the life insurance industry. Anyone who receives the content must be informed that they do not have the right to share or use LifeTrendsIntel content themselves. 
  • Employees of insurance carriers, brokerage general agencies, or other businesses serving licensed life insurance agents with a subscription: 
  • You do not have the right to distribute LifeTrendsIntel content, including to employees within your company or firm. 
  • Subscribers must never share usernames or passwords with anyone under any circumstances. 

Changes to These Terms 

We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes become effective 30 days after we notify you, either by posting on the Website or by sending you a direct message. Continuing to use the Website after that indicates you accept the updates. 

Access and Security 

We may modify or delete any part of the Website at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology and arrangements to access the Website. 

Proper Use of the Website 

LifeTrends is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.  

You may not: 

  • Change, delete, add to, translate, or adapt the content in any way 
  • Remove any branding or notices 
  • Publish, sell, or transfer the content 
  • Create new works based on the content 
  • Distribute it beyond the limits of your subscription 
  • Do not use the Website in a way that competes with us. 

We might suspend or cancel your access if we think you’ve misused the Website. 

Intellectual Property 

All website content – including text, images, software, data, and designs – belongs to LifeTrends or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may only use website data as outlined in these Terms or the Services Agreement. Unauthorized use of our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to take legal action against any illegal or unauthorized use. Additionally, we may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the Services Agreement. 

Information Disclaimer 

The website and its data are provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, or performance. You use the data at your own risk. 

Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Website. 

Governing Law and Disputes 

Texas law governs these Terms. Disputes will be settled in Austin, Texas courts unless arbitration is required. Certain disputes may go directly to court for urgent relief. Arbitration will be private, and each party usually pays its own costs. Any claim related to these Terms or the Website must be filed within 1 year of the event, or it will be permanently barred. 

Cancellation Policy 

Subscribers can cancel their subscription anytime through their account settings. Please note that LifeTrends does not issue refunds for fees already paid. After cancellation, subscribers will still have access to the platform until the end of their current billing period. Once that period ends, the subscription will be suspended, and no further charges will be made. 

Termination Policy 

Failing to follow the Terms & Conditions will lead to the immediate cancellation of your subscription, with no refund of any fees paid.
